Viba Insurance Brokers Limited is an indigenous Ghanaian Insurance Broking Company registered and licensed by the National Insurance Commission (NIC). We deploy technology to simplify and optimise our clients’ insurance experience and to deepen national insurance penetration.
VIBA offers an exciting online marketplace of insurance products through our ViSure technology to enable retail customers to access and benefit from insurance conveniently, from insurance quotation and order placement to claims. Our unified digital platform provides customers with enhanced visibility of the insurance marketplace, enabling them to make the best decisions regarding their insurance needs and facilitating the processing of insurance claims.
We provide an end-to-end insurance service to our corporate clients, covering risk review and evaluation, policy drafting, insurance placement, policy monitoring and claims processing. Our ViSure technology provides clients with real-time tracking and management of insurance policies as well as a database for reports and activities related to their policies.

Board Chair
Senyo is a finance and economic policy analyst with management experience in various industries including downstream petroleum, finance, logistics and commodity trading. He has an MBA in Finance and an MA in Economic Policy Management from the University of Ghana.
He has played a key role in the development and implementation of major policies in Ghana's energy sector. In particular, the deregulation of the downstream petroleum sector, the use of low-sulphur fuel, and the conceptualization and rationalisation of the Energy Sector Levies Act and its subsequent debt management interventions.
He is the Managing Trustee of the Ghana’s COVID-19 Private Sector Fund which led major interventions in the fight against COVID-19. He the first and current Chief Executive Officer of Legacy Bonds Limited and Kleeve & Tove Limited. He also previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Chamber of Bulk Oil Distributors for a decade till 2022.
He is an advisor to the Ministry of Energy and sits on the boards of several public and private organisations including, the Ghana Highways Authority, the Private Enterprise Federation, Legacy Bonds Limited and AppsNmobile Solutions Limited.

Viraj is a seasoned business professional who has demonstrated business excellence, innovation, growth, and the highest standards of ethical integrity. Viraj is a member of ITU, International Telecom Union, and the United Nations agency for information and communication technologies (ICT).
He has been a speaker and panelist in ITU annual conference forum for the past few years, where he presented key topics including Smart Digital Transformation, Developing Human Capacity for Digital Era and Sustainability of SME in competitive market.
Viraj has a progressive senior leader track record of 20 years with a proven exposure towards general management, marketing, technology, operations, finance, and board-level corporate governance, primarily with Information Technology and Telecom Services companies. He successfully managed regional and global businesses ranging from start-ups to large companies and has also led acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, turnarounds and transitions, built new management teams, created business, marketing and account plans that led to improved results.
He is very organized and an influential leader, able to simultaneously meet financial objectives, prioritize and deploy constrained resources, hire and develop world-class executives and establish a winning culture. Viraj has previously accomplished the following roles:
- Director Marketing & Strategic Partnership: TG Energy Solutions Ghana Ltd and 25TH Century Technology Limited, Ghana.
- General Manager: Vihaan Network Limited, India, Middle East, West Africa.
- SAARC Regional Sales Manager: RFS (Alcatel Lucent) New Delhi; and
- Relationship Manager: Vodafone Essar Mobile Services Limited, New Delhi Viraj holds a B.E. Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from Mumbai University.

Nana Safo Appiah-Opong is the business development manager at Kleeve & Tove Limited and is responsible for the analysis and development of new and potential business opportunities.
Nana Safo is experienced in the development of financial, mathematical and project models and has applied them to various scenarios including deal preparation, infrastructure development and company liquidations.
Prior to working at Kleve & Tove, he worked on the Capital Projects and Infrastructure and Corporate Finance teams at PriceWaterhouseCoopers as a financial analyst. He was responsible for the development of various mathematical models and due diligence analysis with regards to deal closing and large infrastructure projects.

Margaret is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, ACII (UK) and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute Ghana, CIIG.
Margaret holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Diploma in Business Studies- Accounting from the University of Professional Studies Accra (UPSA), Applied Insurance Studies Advanced Diploma and Diploma from Malta International Training Centre & Ghana Insurance College.
Prior to being engaged at VIBA, Margaret was Assistant Manager, Operations at Ascoma Ghana having served well at Risk Management & Advisory Services Limited where she was a Principal Officer and Head of Claims and Renewals. She worked as a revenue officer at the Value Added Tax division of the Ghana Revenue Authority.
Margaret has over 12 years’ experience in insurance broking and 15 years record of achievement in customer service grounded on sound background in Insurance, Administration and Management. She brings a wealth of experience and dedication to VIBA.

Mr. Arnold-Armah is an ACCA-qualified accountant. He is a former Financial Controller and Head of Finance of Legacy Bonds Limited and Ghana Chamber of Bulk Oil Distributors (CBOD) respectively. Prior to these appointments, he worked as a financial Statements’ auditor at KPMG where he rose to the position of Senior Associate.
He was instrumental in the negotiations and recovery of energy sector legacy debts from the Government of Ghana for Bulk Oil Importing, Distributing and Exporting Companies (BIDECs); and the negotiation and settlements of debts arising from Oil and Gas Financing by Banks to the sector.
He has also worked as a consultant for 5 years under the business name ASV Consults, during which time he provided accounting, audit and tax consultancy services to companies in sectors such as Oil and Gas, Advertising, Engineering, and Hospitality among others.
